I recently spoke with Elaine Montilla on CCCTalks covering the topic of inclusivity and the unheard voices of women in Tech.

Elaine is Assistant Vice President for Information Technology/CIO-University of New York, an official member of the Forbes Technology council and founder of 5xminority.

At 5xminority Elaine is on a mission to make America Workspaces inclusive again and elevate the unheard voices of women and underrepresented minorities in Tech.

I started the discussion by asking Elaine ‘What challenges do women face in the Tech industry?’
